В статье рассмотрена проблема разработки механизма правового регулирования формирования и укрепления гражданского самосознания в России. Обоснована необходимость использования системного междисциплинарного подхода с учетом исследований, рассматривающих самосознание как составную часть личности. Правовое регулирование гражданского самосознания предполагает сочетание телеологического и аксиологического методов, метода системного анализа, средств правовой компаративистики, инструментального подхода и др.

The article discusses possible methodological keys and approaches to develop a mechanism of legal regulation in sake of civil consciousness formation and strengthening in Russia. The authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary to use a systematic interdisciplinary approach, which takes into account recognition of self-consciousness as an integral part of personality. The selection of effective tools for the legal regulation of civil consciousness is possible on the basis of a combination of methods and approaches (teleological and axiological methods, the method of system analysis, means of legal comparative studies, instrumental approach and other).
